Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming experience
Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
Make purchase suggestions and provide product recommendations to customers
Work with the food program and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Interact with customers daily and provide exceptional customer service
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily tasks and goals
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance


Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays


Preferred Qualifications
In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications would be beneficial for this role:

Sales associate or cashiering experience
Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands
