* Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
* Excellent listening comprehension skills
* Proficient with basic computer applications
* Clear, professional, and friendly voice
* Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
* Excellent customer service skills

* Spanish/English Bilingual
* Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
* Experience in a customer service role
* Familiarity with inbound call center software and systems
