**Key Responsibilities:**

• Resolve issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services, showcasing your problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, using our customer service software to track and analyze customer behavior.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary, demonstrating your ability to think critically and work collaboratively with the team.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience, sharing best practices and ideas to drive continuous improvement.

**What We’re Looking For:**

• **Experience:** Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred, but not required. We're open to training the right candidate and helping you develop your skills.
