**Job Summary**

We're seeking Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Atlanta, GA. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, resolving issues, and ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with careerzynith. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service experiences
* Stay up-to-date with careerzynith's policies, procedures, and services
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business objectives
* Maintain accurate records and reports as required
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

**What You'll Need to Succeed**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) is a plus
* Availability to work three consecutive semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday, 8AM - 5PM
* Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (as needed)
