Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Handle customer service tickets across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media
* Provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and issues
* Work within client's platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk
* Collaborate with our clients' teams to resolve complex issues and provide personalized support
* Perform basic administrative tasks as required by our clients
* Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless communication with our clients
**What We Look For:**
* **Excellent English skills**: You must have native-level English proficiency and be able to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
