Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our careerzynith team. As a key member of our sales and customer support team, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining relationships with our customers, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Generating retail sales by leveraging your passion for cutting-edge technology and exceptional customer service to expand our customer base.
Learning and uncovering customers' needs by creating connections and asking the right questions to provide personalized solutions.
Positioning product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete top-down sales solution.
Closing sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs with simple and intuitive tech solutions.
Continuously developing yourself through ongoing training and up-skilling in operational functions across merchandising and inventory.
Refining your sales skills through outbound calls to current careerzynith customers interested in our products and services.

Openness to picking up additional shifts and earning more income, typically during peak periods.
One or more of the following preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a commission-based environment.
Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
Customer service experience.
