As a Customer Service Representative for Direct Client Luxottica, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, and resolving complex issues in a professional and courteous manner. **Essential Qualifications**

- Ability to work a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with occasional overtime as needed

- Bilingual or multilingual skills
