Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Provide clear, concise, and empathetic support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Offer solutions and guidance to help customers better understand their coverage and options, improving their overall healthcare experience Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer support Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services, and to continuously improve your skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that enable you to deliver exceptional customer support.
