Key Responsibilities

Accept inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from plan members in a patient, supportive, and professional manner
Provide clear and concise information about pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
Offer solutions and alternatives to improve the member's healthcare experience and ensure their needs are met
Document interactions and maintain accurate records of member communications
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
PC capability in Windows-based applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong client service skills, including accommodating phone behavior and professionalism

Associate's degree or equivalent experience
