Document interactions and maintain accurate records of member communications
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality.
