Key Responsibilities

Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail order solutions to ensure our members better understand their coverage and options.
Offer solutions and support to improve our members' healthcare experience, leveraging your skills and knowledge to make a positive impact on their lives.
Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our members, providing patient and supportive interactions that demonstrate a genuine concern for their well-being.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolutions that meet our high standards of customer service.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer support environment, hospitality industry, or military experience.
Proficiency in Windows-based applications and strong computer skills.
