Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service to plan members
Answer questions and provide information regarding medication coverage, pharmacy benefits, and mail-order solutions
Offer solutions and support to help members navigate their healthcare options and make informed decisions
Utilize computer applications and systems to access member information and provide accurate responses
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide seamless support to members
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
