Key Responsibilities

Accept inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions
Provide clear and concise information to customers, ensuring they understand their coverage and options
Offer solutions and support to customers, leveraging your knowledge and skills to improve their healthcare experience
Utilize computer applications and systems to access customer information, process requests, and resolve issues
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
Proficiency in Windows-based applications and computer systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
