As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls and responding to questions regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to member inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions Provide personalized support and solutions to members, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional and empathetic manner Offer guidance and education to members on their healthcare options, helping them make informed decisions about their care Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience Meet or exceed performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
