Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions and concerns from plan members regarding their pharmacy benefit plans Provide clear and concise information about medication coverage, mail-order prescriptions, and other plan details Offer solutions and support to plan members, ensuring they understand their coverage and options Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and provide exceptional customer service Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years of experience engaging with clients in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should also be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent computer skills.
