Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions Provide clear and concise information to plan members, helping them understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and support to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
