You'll be responsible for communicating with customers in a clear, concise, and empathetic manner, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. You'll also be expected to adapt to changing situations and priorities, working collaboratively with your team to deliver a human and consultative support experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner * Put the customer first, prioritizing their needs and concerns * Adhere to your schedule with punctuality, meeting productivity targets based on forecasting and incoming volumes * Identify opportunities for site and process improvements, notifying management and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement * Regularly check in on your objectives and analyze your progress against them, seeking feedback and guidance from your supervisor and team **The Person We Want** We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
