Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring complete customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including complaints and resolutions
Follow up on customer complaints and ensure complete resolution, escalating issues to management as needed
Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive support, including sales, marketing, and technical teams
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality agreements
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
Requirements
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
