**Responsibilities**
As a customer service representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* **Operating Customer Service Database**: Utilize our customer service database to access relevant call-handling instructions and provide personalized support to our clients.
* **Relaying Messages**: Relay messages and route calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
* **Following Up on Calls**: Follow up on customer calls with clerical duties and liaise with other departments to ensure prompt resolution and satisfaction.
* **Providing Personalized Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service at the highest level, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
**Skills and Knowledge**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Previous Call Center Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on providing personalized support and resolving customer complaints.
* **Utilities Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a utilities customer service setting is highly preferred.
* **Medical Office Setting Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a medical office setting customer service role is highly preferred.
* **Education**: A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.
* **Competencies**: You'll need to possess:
