As a key member of our team, you will interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet, depending on client requirements. Your primary objective will be to provide customer service support and resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities Ensure that the service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently striving to exceed expectations Clarify customer requirements, probing for understanding, and utilizing decision-support tools and resources to provide appropriate resolutions Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy while maximizing opportunities to build rapport with the customer Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures to create a positive first impression Maintain basic knowledge of blithequark's products and/or services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings Prepare complete and accurate work, including appropriately notating accounts as required, to ensure seamless customer interactions Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the growth and success of blithequark Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and enhancing the overall customer experience Track, document, and retrieve information in call tracking databases, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data-driven decision making Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, providing timely and effective solutions Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should possess a high school diploma with three to six months of relevant experience in customer service. You should be courteous, with a strong customer service orientation, and demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge are essential, as well as the ability to effectively communicate and work in a fast-paced, high-production environment.
