Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales, service-related inquiries, and administrative tasks. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and accuracy in all aspects of your work.
