Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Customer Service Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and social media. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive an exceptional experience, and you will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve this objective. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Answering phones, chats, social media, and emails in a polite, courteous, and professional manner
Working with customers daily to sustain and improve business relationships
Asking probing questions to identify customer issues or concerns
Ensuring accurate account maintenance and updating of account information
Using next call avoidance techniques to mitigate future questions
Scheduling delivery orders and utilizing basic negotiation skills for issues pertaining to new and returning customers
Handling general customer issues, such as general service order input, executing emergency scripts, closing uncontrollable loss accounts, answering general contract information, and answering basic pricing questions
De-escalating customer situations by following our customer complaint resolution policy
Sending copies of statements and invoices to customers, as well as performing soft collections for customers on credit hold or past due
Supporting the set-up of new customer accounts
Meeting or exceeding minimum performance standards outlined in company policy


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
1 or more year(s) of customer service experience
Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees at all levels as well as customers
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Access
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States

Previous experience in a similar customer-facing role
