Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will handle a wide range of customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Handle heavy phone traffic and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner Perform routine office duties, including providing phone, electronic, and face-to-face support to customers Process customer requests, including utility account connects, disconnects, and transfers, as well as billing and payment arrangements Receive, maintain, and account for monies for utilities, and provide payment receipts Assist with interdepartmental cash and reporting/tracking functions, and process commercial account set-ups Explain available services, calculate associated costs, and complete service contracts Process, log, and file customer requests, and maintain accurate records and update personal data on accounts as needed Assist peers with questions, errors, and escalated customer issues, and serve as a back-up to senior customer service representatives Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least one year of customer service experience, with six months of cash handling experience Any combination of related education, experience, certifications, and licenses that will result in a candidate successfully performing the essential functions of the job Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, as well as arenaflex policies and procedures Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office 365 and other software systems Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external customers Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365 and other software systems Experience with cash handling and accounting procedures Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer issues Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
