About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, helping them navigate our products and services, and building lasting relationships that drive growth and satisfaction. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients opening and maintaining deposit accounts, suggesting and explaining products and services, and ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with care, respect, and professionalism. This role requires a unique blend of customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Open and maintain deposit accounts, ensuring that all customer information is accurate and up-to-date Understand and explain all products and services accurately, providing customers with the information they need to make informed decisions Open new deposit accounts and execute all Customer Identification Program (CIP) requirements, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and bank policies Maintain deposit accounts as requested, including updating accounts, ordering checks, and performing other tasks as needed Discuss and resolve questions and concerns with customers in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to senior team members as necessary Engage with customers in a caring and respectful manner, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support Image work documents timely and accurately, ensuring that all records are complete and up-to-date Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of one year of proven customer service experience, preferably in a banking or financial services environment. You should also have basic clerical skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes are highly desirable, as is a strong understanding of bank products, services, and regulatory requirements.
