Job Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Member to join our dynamic team at arenaflex. As a key ambassador of our brand, you will be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive and memorable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Assist customers in finding products, providing solutions, and making recommendations to drive sales growth
Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards and maintaining a high level of accuracy
Engage customers on the benefits of our Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, completing enrollments and promoting our loyalty initiatives
Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, gathering feedback, and using insights to improve our services
Support Omni-channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), to ensure a seamless shopping experience
Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, maintaining store recovery standards and ensuring a well-merchandised and in-stock store
Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned, contributing to our inventory management and visual merchandising efforts
Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements
Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, expanding your skill set and enhancing our customers' shopping experience


Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:

Retail and/or customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a positive and respectful attitude
Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and reaching
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service standards
Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles, with experience in maintaining a well-merchandised and in-stock store
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Strong technical skills, with experience in using point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
