**Experienced Customer Service Representative – Delivering Exceptional Service to arenaflex Members**

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing excellent and efficient service, resolving concerns, and addressing inquiries. You will be responsible for executing acquisition, renewing, upgrading, and cross-selling arenaflex Perks, as well as handling merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups, and general customer service inquiries.
