As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for communicating with customers via inbound and outbound calls, assessing customer needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for documenting calls, entering customer orders, and verifying demographic information. **Key Responsibilities** * Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound manual calls and outbound calls generated via automated dialer system * Assess customer need for additional products/services and determine ongoing and additional product/service needs * Assess customer compliance with physician orders and provide education on products/services * Answer questions and provide customer education regarding products/services * Document calls in computerized record keeping system * Enter customer orders in computerized system * Verify and update demographic information such as address and telephone number in computerized records * Read and analyze documents such as patient orders * Comprehend pharmacy prescription terminology * Effectively communicate with coworkers and patients alike * Assist with the training of employees * Calculate figures and amounts in reference to frequency and doses dispensed * Apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions **Essential Qualifications** * High School Diploma, General Education Diploma (GED), or one to three months related experience and/or training * Computer entry required * Must meet any licensing requirements necessary for specific location **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous customer service experience in a healthcare setting * Experience with automated dialer systems * Knowledge of pharmacy prescription terminology * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a team environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong customer service skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
