**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. **Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
