As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusivity, and employee growth. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our distributors, including: * Assisting with parts selection, order processing, pricing, product availability, and order expediting * Resolving customer inquiries, disputes, and providing limited technical support as needed, maintaining a positive relationship with all clients * Proactively following up with distributors and sales managers to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution * Managing inbound calls and communication from distributors, ensuring a smooth and efficient interaction process * Building and maintaining strong relationships with distribution teams, including Service Managers and Parts Counter staff, through regular communication via phone and case management * Collaborating across internal departments to address and resolve customer needs and optimize business processes * Actively contributing to departmental initiatives aimed at achieving excellence in customer service and business operations * Utilizing CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and phone systems to track, manage, and document account interactions effectively * Managing an average of 50 customer interactions per day, while maintaining a professional, positive, and responsive approach * Leveraging your knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill) to resolve customer inquiries and support business activities **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 2-3 years of call center experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in CRM tools, such as Salesforce * Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and other relevant systems (such as PIC and Windchill) * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal departments **Work Environment and Culture** As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment that values employee growth and development.
