**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Providing accurate information about products or services, including features, benefits, and usage
* Building strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention, and to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
* Conducting routine customer service calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to address any concerns or issues
* Researching and resolving customer inquiries to customer satisfaction, and escalating complex issues to senior team members or management as needed
* Upholding high customer service standards, including responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner and providing accurate and helpful information
* Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining client customer service and satisfaction standards in all customer contacts, and ensuring that customer feedback is solicited and acted upon to improve service
* Providing training to customers on careerzynith programs and web tools, and ensuring that customers are aware of available resources and support
* Soliciting customer feedback to improve service, and encouraging resolution to customer complaints
* Ensuring customer satisfaction by answering day-to-day customer inquiries, transactional requests, and general customer service needs
* Ensuring resolution of customer issues, and handling all customer complaints immediately and resolving to the customer's satisfaction
* Representing the company in a positive manner while providing excellent customer service, and creating the ideal customer experience with each customer interaction
* Working nights, weekends, holidays, and variable schedule(s) as required in a retail environment
* Meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an accountability-based culture

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Ability to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
* Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in a sales environment, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling
* Knowledge of careerzynith products and services, or a willingness to learn
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
