**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service
* Helping customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
* Answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
