**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers, and helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
