**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be on processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment, using world-class technology to drive efficiency and accuracy. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Helping customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!

**Compensation**
