**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for providing world-class service to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate information to customers
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in using software applications
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials is a plus
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are an asset
