As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. **Key Responsibilities**

* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services to answer customer questions confidently
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
