**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. We'll equip you to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
