**Job Summary**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional support

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

**Preferred Qualifications**

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional support to colleagues
