**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our guests through inbound calls. You'll work in a high-energy environment, leveraging leading technologies and systems to deliver solutions that exceed our guests' expectations. With a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring guests feel welcome and supported throughout their journey
* Utilize probing question skills to understand guests' needs and preferences
* Provide solutions that meet or exceed guests' expectations, driving loyalty and retention
* Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to guests
* Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, ensuring accurate and informed responses to guests' inquiries

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences

**Requirements to Work from Home**

* A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work, with excellent internet connectivity
* Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download, with a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
* A smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, with the ability to download our app for company communications
