As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate information to customers, handling client interactions, and processing customer orders. Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests * Handling all client interaction, including inbound and outbound calls, requests received electronically, and face-to-face interaction with walk-in clients * Processing customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures * Processing orders from sales representatives and acting as the point of contact regarding open orders * Maintaining various accounts and reviewing open orders * Pulling Material Safety Data Sheets and copying as required for customers * Researching customer problems and following through to resolution * Providing administrative support for management, including report generation, data processing, and filing * Participating in other projects assigned by your supervisor **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have: * A high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (helpful but not required) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Keen attention to detail and accuracy in handling data * Strong problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively * Customer-focused mindset **Physical Requirements** While performing the duties of this job, the employee will regularly sit at a desk for long periods, operate a computer, and listen/speak clearly on the phone and in-person. **Compensation & Benefits** The pay range for this role is $18-$22 per hour. This range represents what arenaflex reasonably expects to pay an associate for this role based on current market data, internal equity, and other business factors. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations.
