**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers to resolve their issues and provide solutions

**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
