**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, providing product and solutions expertise, and navigating customers through our website and online ordering process. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology

**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
* Strong product knowledge and sales skills
