**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong product knowledge and a willingness to learn about our products and services
