**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and provide solutions
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
