**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You'll be the face of our company, providing world-class service and support to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer inquiries, process orders, and provide product and solutions expertise. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with our team to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
* Stay up-to-date on careerzynith's products and services to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
