**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment
* Strong product knowledge and enthusiasm for learning
