**Position Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering to ensure a seamless experience
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and being able to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Minimum Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
