Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is a critical role at arenaflex, responsible for establishing exceptional customer relationships, capturing customer sales, and providing general administrative support. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling walk-in traffic, phone calls, and sales inquiries. Your goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience, resolve issues efficiently, and drive sales growth by achieving a closing ratio of 75% or higher.

Key Responsibilities

Greet all walk-in customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
Answer and direct all phone traffic in a polite, courteous, and cheerful manner, resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Ask for the sale and/or attempt to schedule customers for an estimate, achieving a closing ratio of 75% or higher.
Explain arenaflex's repair process, including insurance claims processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs, and expected delivery dates.
Educate customers on arenaflex's CSI/NPS survey, ensuring they are informed about our customer service, quality of repair, and on-time delivery.
Schedule and record appraisal and delivery appointments, maintaining accurate records and updating the store scheduler with the Office Manager.
Collect and record payment for completed repairs, performing some accounts receivable tasks as needed.
File repair order paperwork accurately or record in arenaflex's management system, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
Provide customers with arenaflex's warranty information, including our 5-Year and Limited Lifetime warranties.
Perform follow-up sales calls on estimate quotes (unsold) within 48 hours, ensuring timely follow-up and maximizing sales opportunities.
Maintain the front office and customer reception areas, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our customers.
Attend daily release meetings, staying informed about company updates, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to support the team.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail setting, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent, with a college degree preferred, demonstrating a commitment to education and personal development.
Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to relate well to a diverse customer base.
Call center sales experience (or equivalent sales experience) preferred, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and POS/management systems, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in a customer service environment.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and adherence to procedures.
Punctual and professional appearance, with a commitment to representing arenaflex in a positive and professional manner.
Ability to receive direction and work well with others, demonstrating a team-oriented approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, with the ability to travel as needed.

Physical Requirements
The physical requirements of this role include:

Ability to stoop, bend, and kneel, with frequent squatting, kneeling, and pulling.
Extended periods of kneeling, bending, squatting, and stooping, with the ability to stand, sit, and walk for long periods.
Carrying and lifting heavy objects (up to 50lbs), with the ability to perform repetitive motions.
