Job Overview We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, USA. As a full-time member of our Customer Care Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities Humanely assist customers with a range of post-order issues, including delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, installation services, and order inquiries Display trustworthiness and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift, ensuring that we're ready and available to help our customers when they need us most Handle a high volume of customer contacts, managing an average of 50-60 calls per shift in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Meet our unparalleled performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction and achieving customer care metrics, as well as other commitments as assigned Skillfully interact with customers, building relationships and providing personalized support through inbound calls, chats, and messages Listen effectively and show empathy, understanding customer concerns and leveraging internal resources to find the most effective solution for addressing their issues De-escalate customer concerns, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues in a first-contact resolution approach Be taught and perform various tasks, navigating multiple programs, tabs, tools, and separate requests to quickly and effectively answer customer questions Elevate essential issues, helping us to continually improve and providing feedback on areas where improvement is needed for blithequark customers Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in Spanish and English Have knowledge of working with Windows Operating Systems or equivalent Be available to work a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and grow Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
