About the Role We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. Based in our office, you will handle phone calls with a warm, friendly demeanor and manage a variety of administrative tasks. Your primary objective will be to listen attentively to customer needs, take detailed information, book appointments, and dispatch technicians, all while leaving a positive and lasting impression. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Manage administrative tasks, including requesting permits, following up on outstanding estimates, and managing office emails. Book appointments and dispatch technicians, ensuring that our clients receive timely and efficient service. Assist with tasks in the showroom, providing product information and support to clients as needed. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Essential Qualifications Experience using ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus. Proficiency with computers and technology, including Microsoft Office and other administrative software. Understanding of proper phone etiquette and excellent communication skills. Comfortable working in an office environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry. Familiarity with the Rock Springs and Sweetwater county areas, with a strong understanding of local codes and regulations. Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
