**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our existing and prospective clients. This role requires a high level of product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**

* Distribute all benefit enrollment materials and determine eligibility for clients
* Handle incoming customer service calls, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Dispatch incoming customer phone calls, ensuring that clients receive prompt attention and support
* Accept customer calls and return customer calls in a timely and efficient manner
* Respond to client requests for coverages, representing their best interests and providing expert advice
* Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system, ensuring that clients receive personalized solutions that meet their unique needs
* Work and learn from management teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies, ensuring that you're always equipped to provide the best possible service

**Essential Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service) preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a benefits or insurance environment
* Knowledge of benefits enrollment processes and procedures
* Familiarity with Needs Analysis systems and other software applications used in customer service
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative or Certified Insurance Service Representative)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
