As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations. You'll be the face of our organization, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. **What You'll Get to Do**

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

* Maintaining a broad knowledge of our clients, products, and services to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries
* Documenting customer interactions and transactions to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
* Accurately processing phoned, faxed, and emailed quotes and orders in accordance with cut-off times and other time constraints
* Data entry of faxed, emailed, and phoned-in orders for production to ensure timely and accurate processing
* Answering the phone in 3 rings or less and directing callers to the appropriate departments
* Providing support to colleagues as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
* Communicating with customers to determine expected delivery dates and times to ensure timely and accurate delivery

**What We're Looking For**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* To be at least 18 years of age
* 1-2 years of prior customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Computer experience and accuracy in numeric input to ensure efficient and accurate data entry
* Strong organizational and listening skills to effectively manage multiple customer interactions and priorities
* Ability to read, understand, and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work independently and prioritize work with deadlines, with the flexibility to work overtime when required
